Massive Sinkhole Shuts Lanes Of I-270 For Days

A large sinkhole on Interstate 270 caused by a broken drainage pipe is expected to cause major traffic delays as officials prepare for at least a week of road closures, reports News4.

The sinkhole has closed two southbound lanes and the shoulder of Interstate 270 near the Interstate 370 exit. The hole near the Muddy Branch Road overpass is 25 feet wide, the outlet reports.
